Baguette is a symbol of French and national pride!!!!

Every nation is unique and has characteristics that are part of their cultural identity. France is full of examples that are typical of there and make this country becomes internationally known through this way to be so french. If you are walking through the streets in France, certainly you will come across the charming bakeries called "boulangeries" that sell the famous French baguettes.
Mmmmmmmmm how can we describe a baguette? Its crust is appetisingly golden and crunchy, and the bread inside is light and fluffy.
And what about the ingredients? Is there any magic potion? The traditional baguette is internationally renowned but its ingredients are simplicity itself: wheat flour, water, yeast or and salt.Unbelievable!!!!Making a good baguette, symbol of French national pride,  needs time. It must be kneaded, fermented, divided up into rolls, allowed to rest then shaped, until finally the famous slits can be made by the baker prior to baking.
Every year , there is a competition for the best baguette in Paris  called" Grand Prix de la Baguette de Paris" In this year,2015,Djibril Bodian of Le Grenier à Pain Abbesses won the first prize . This baker became the official supplier to the Élysée Palace, residence of the French Head of State, for this year.
It's hard to resist a baguette!!!!! Mnnnnnnn you can eat with different kind of french cheese!!!!! Amazinggggggggg!!!!!

Jardim de Luxemburgo

This is an extraordinary place to visit in Paris. I went there in all the seasons....and it was absolutaly amazing to visit the garden all the time. The garden is a place for all the ages....babies, kids, teens, adults and old people. There you can see the most beautiful flowers, monuments, play ground, restaurant...wonderful views. .. You can sit and enjoy your time with friends in a picnic...or just read a book...or feel that you're a very lucky person cause you're in a lovely treasure in Paris.

Jardin des Tuileries

This garden is very pretty and you can do many interesting things there....walk around just to appreciate the fabulous landscapes.....sit on the chair to eat something....take many photos... and before you go to the Place de la Concorde, you'll see on your right side a small treasure: Librairie des Jardins.....at that place you'll see fantastic books, postcards, souveniers about flowers. When I was there, I bought an unique and a wonderful gift for myself. It was called a "Birthday Calendar" by Turnowsky. This calendar is absolutaly wonderful....if you have opportunity, go in this place and see by yourself

Parc du Champ de Mars

In one of my visits to the Eiffel Tower, I decided to explore all the areas around it....so I spent my time appreciating the wonderful "Champs de Mars". In the past, this place was a territory of bloody battles....in the past, the war was in its domain but nowadays this place is a territory of peace. That's the reason that was built a very expressive monument of the peace between the Champs the Mars and the École Militaire" called Peace Wall. It's important to know the real meaning of this monument in that place. In the past , war and in the present, peace.Paris Peace Wall is a place that gives a good opportunity to everybody that goes there, to let a message of peace for all the world.
